Looking after yourself shouldn't need a free afternoon.

Sensim Wellness started with a simple question: what would wellness look like if it were designed for people with full calendars?

Our story

Our founder, Maya, spent a decade in consulting watching smart, capable people (herself included) put their own wellbeing last. The advice on offer rarely helped. It assumed long mornings, expensive retreats or a level of discipline that doesn't survive a product launch.

Sensim is the alternative she wanted back then. The name is Latin for “gently, little by little,” and that's how the work goes. We start with the everyday physical basics: sleep, movement, breathing and proper breaks. From there we help people build habits small enough to keep, with enough support that they actually stick.

Our mission

To make steady, practical wellness support available to anyone with a busy life, explained in plain language and delivered in formats that fit around work and family.

Responsible, accessible guidance

We're wellness coaches and educators, and we're clear about where our work stops. We don't diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. If something you share with us sounds like it needs a doctor or a licensed therapist, we'll say so and help you find the right support.

Everything we publish is written to be accurate and easy to follow, and we'd rather tell you a practice is simple than dress it up.

Our approach

The ideas behind every session, whichever service you choose.

  • Small habits that last

We start with changes small enough to survive your busiest week. Ten minutes you actually repeat will do more than an hour you keep skipping (we've all paid for that gym membership).

  • Built around you

Your work hours, your family and your energy levels shape the plan, so two clients rarely leave with the same one.

  • Practical guidance

Every session ends with something you can try tomorrow morning, before your first coffee if you like.

  • Consistency over perfection

Everyone misses days. We plan for them up front, so one rough week doesn't undo a habit you spent a month building.

  • Open education

We explain why each practice works, in plain language, so you can keep going long after you've stopped seeing us.
