What we help with

  • Sleep
  • Breathing
  • Movement
  • Stress at work
  • Focus
  • Rest and recovery
  • Screen boundaries
  • Work and life balance

Sensim helps people with full calendars build small, steady habits around rest, movement and stress.

Sensim is Latin for “gently, little by little.” We start with the everyday basics, like sleep, breathing and proper breaks, and build from there one habit at a time.

Read our story
A good week, honestlyFive days out of seven is a good week. We plan for the other two.

Most wellness advice assumes a free hour every morning and a quiet house. So new routines start strong, then fade out by week two.

We start small, plan for the days you'll miss and add one habit at a time, until the week feels steady again.

Five ideas behind every session.

Each one is a stone in the stack, and it lifts as you scroll past.

  1. Small habits that last

We start with changes small enough to survive your busiest week. Ten minutes you actually repeat will do more than an hour you keep skipping (we've all paid for that gym membership).

    • Ten-minute practices
    • One change at a time
  2. Built around you

Your work hours, your family and your energy levels shape the plan, so two clients rarely leave with the same one.

    • Fits your work hours
    • A plan of your own
  3. Practical guidance

Every session ends with something you can try tomorrow morning, before your first coffee if you like.

    • Something to try tomorrow
    • Written next steps
  4. Consistency over perfection

Everyone misses days. We plan for them up front, so one rough week doesn't undo a habit you spent a month building.

    • Missed days planned in
    • A plan for off weeks
  5. Open education

We explain why each practice works, in plain language, so you can keep going long after you've stopped seeing us.

Maya spent ten years in management consulting, the kind of job where lunch happens at the desk (if at all). She trained as a wellness coach and started Sensim to give people with full calendars a realistic way to look after themselves.

In their words

“I came in wanting to 'fix everything'. Maya helped me pick two things. Six months on I still do both, which is a first for me.”
